PSW Solutions AS has signed an exclusive framework agreement with CCB Mongstad AS for surface treatment of risers and buoyancy elements at Mongstad.

The agreement runs from 1 June 2026 to 31 December 2028 and underlines the value of strategic cooperation between two local players in the offshore and energy market.

Two local companies – shared competitiveness

PSW Solutions and CCB Mongstad are both locally rooted companies operating in the same market, and in some contexts competing for the same assignments. This framework agreement is a good example of how close cooperation between two such players can create added value – for both parties and for the customer. By combining strengths and capacity, the two companies demonstrate that cooperation can be just as important as competition in building competitiveness in a demanding market.

Based on the expected activity level, the framework agreement is considered to have a potential sizable contract value for the company. The final value will depend on the scope of work awarded during the agreement period.
